We Can Help You Raise Capital

Once your company goes public, you have the power needed to raise capital for corporate growth and expansion. We don’t raise capital ourselves, but we introduce and assist you in meetings with investment bankers, securities analysts, market makers, stock brokerage firms, fund managers and potential shareholders.

There are many ways to raise capital:

  • You can go public with an initial public offering (“IPO”) through an underwriter. We can assist you in this process, but your company must have a substantial large revenue and earnings history. Raising capital via an IPO will not happen for a small company that can’t attract an underwriter.
  • You can raise capital by selling your stock to investors directly through private placements at a discount to the stock market trading price. Public money is usually much less expensive than venture capital, private equity or borrowing money.
  • You can get help from smaller investment banks and independent stock brokerage firms that may be willing to invest their clients’ money into promising new public companies.
  • Venture capital is an excellent source of capital for a business, if you have a new and unique product or service coupled with a strong and successful management team. Venture capital companies invest typically between $500,000 and $5 million in start-up companies or risky businesses, if they believe that you can potentially make a profit margin of at least 50%.
  • Other options for working capital include convertible debentures, small business loans, unsecured lines of credit, and more.
